About Jay Psaros Band

The Jay Psaros Band is a New England–based Americana and folk-rock group led by singer-songwriter Jay Psaros. Known for their heartfelt songwriting and engaging live performances, the band blends elements of folk, roots rock, and Americana into a sound that feels both classic and contemporary. Their music centers on strong melodies, thoughtful lyrics, and the kind of authentic storytelling that connects deeply with audiences.

Originally from Weymouth, Massachusetts, Jay Psaros has spent nearly two decades writing, recording, and performing throughout the region and beyond. His work as a songwriter and performer has earned him recognition across the New England music scene, including being named Male Performer of the Year at the 2017 New England Music Awards. Over the years, he has shared stages with artists such as Collective Soul, Foreigner, Rick Springfield, Three Dog Night, and Lisa Loeb.
