About Descent Theory

Descent Theory is the result of five musicians’ journey to defy the modern expectations of progressive music. Their musical vision is to balance memorable, soaring melodies, intricate passages, heavy riffs, and improvised solos, all performed live without backing tracks, ensuring that no performance will happen exactly the same way twice.

Formed in 2022, they are currently set to release their debut album, “What Lies Ahead,” in early 2026, which features collaborations from notable artists such as Donny McCaslin, J3PO, Francois Chanvallon, and Poh Hock.

About Professor Caffeine & The Insecurities

Professor Caffeine & the Insecurities offer a fine blend of prog, math, and post-emo rock, with notes of nostalgia that linger like a ghost. Their songs spiral through time signatures and emotional baggage, serving up pretty melodies duct-taped to panic attacks. This music is for people who cry in the shower after analyzing the chord progression. But it’s okay, we all do here. So relax, get cozy in your favorite chair, and prepare to drink it all in with big, deep sips. It only gets worse.

About The Big Sun

The Big Sun is a three-piece heavy progressive rock band from Barrington NH. MacMillan brothers Griffin and Roddy play guitar and bass respectively, backed by Nic "Cretus" DiCicco on drums. Together the trio produces a raw, dark and dynamic wall of sound. The band has been compared to musical groups who emerged in 90's LA music scene with influences of metal, punk and other alternative elements.
